Golden Gate Bridge Selects STR Software to Implement Automated Faxing System

STR Software secured a new contract from the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District in San Francisco, Calif. STR Software will implement AventX® UNIX, an electronic information delivery software product for faxing documents from Unix operating systems. The San Francisco office will also incorporate AventX Mail, which will enable employees to email purchase orders and other critical documents to streamline their document delivery processes.
The Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District chose STR Software due to its relationship with SunGard Bi-Tech, who Integrated Financial and Administrative Solutions (IFAS) software is used by the District for financial management and reporting. The partnership has enabled both companies to provide customers with products that integrate seamlessly with each other to create a cost-effective solution for the public sector.
